This is nerve center of the plant. Using Microsoft ERP software, the operations and quality control department monitors the work continuity and compliance with the timetables set with the customer. It is responsible for coordinating the order of printing and transferring the product to the different manufacturing stations from the stage of receiving the raw materials until packing and shipping, while strictly adhering to uncompromising quality and stringent international ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards. The standard prescribes that the factory has the capacity to consistently provide a product that meets the customer's requirements as well as minimum global requirements and strives to increase customer satisfaction by applying and continually improving a quality system in the organization. The standard also examines compliance with cleanliness and environmental protection requirements. The department meticulously conducts quality spot checks and uses measurement equipment to control the quality of performance in every production stage.
